Paid member tiers are planned — a discussion space for clinicians, structured learning tracks with progress, and a route into Council candidacy. None of it exists yet: there is no member area, nothing to sign in to, and no waiting list you can pay to skip.
Tier names and prices are not settled, so we are not showing any. When they are, they will appear here before anyone is asked for money.

Members author and ratify what gets published, file an annual conflict-of-interest disclosure, and have their recusals recorded alongside every vote they sit out. If that is a standard you would be willing to hold yourself to, we would like to hear from you.
Looking for the Patientflows clinical software? This site is the public clinical community. The software clinicians use with patients is a separate product and a separate sign-in — it is not reachable from here, by design.
